The processor approves member registration corresponding to a member registration request from at least one of the terminal of the personal member and the terminal of the real-estate intermediary in accordance with performance of the program. When receiving an allocation request by the real-estate intermediary with respect to at least one of real estates for sale, which are registered in the data base, from at least one terminal of a personal member, which is registered through the communication module, the processor generates a list of real estates for sale, including the real estate for sale corresponding to the allocation request, and transmits the list of real estates for sale, which is generated through the communication module, to the terminal of the real-estate intermediary. When receiving selection on one of real estates for sale, which are included in the list for real estates for sale, from the terminal of the real-estate intermediary through the communication module, the processor searches personal member information corresponding to the selected real estate on sale and transmits the searched personal member information to the terminal of the real-estate intermediary.
