PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate matching system, program, and method which calculate a price of a real estate property in a multiple dwelling house by a criterion that is objective and reliable enough and provide an owner with it.SOLUTION : A real estate deal matching system for calculating a secondhand selling price of a dwelling unit for calculation in a multiple dwelling house for calculation that includes a dwelling unit for calculation whose secondhand selling price is to be calculated has : a calculation rule holding part which holds a calculation rule for calculating a secondhand selling price of a dwelling unit for calculation on the basis of relations between an offering price when a sold dwelling unit was newly constructed and an offering price when the calculated dwelling unit was newly constructed, and a secondhand selling price of the sold dwelling unit with respect to a dwelling unit for calculation other than the sold dwelling unit that is a secondhand sold dwelling unit in the multiple dwelling house for calculation; and a calculation part which calculates a secondhand selling price of the dwelling unit for calculation on the basis of the held calculation rule.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2017, JPO&INPIT
