PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To enable a user to know a price of a piece of real estate at two or more points of time.SOLUTION : A real estate information processing device comprises : a real estate information storage section capable of storing one or more pieces of real estate information which includes a real estate identifier for identifying a piece of real estate, and two or more pieces of price information related to two or more prices at different points of time; a reception section which receives an information acquisition instruction including the real estate identifier; an output information acquisition section which acquires two or more pieces of price information paired with the real estate identifier included in the information acquisition instruction; and an output section which outputs the two or more pieces of price information acquired by the output information acquisition section, in a mode that distinguishes between the points of time corresponding to the price information.
