PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To output residence information including a price of each of two or more dwellings in a housing complex, in association with the dwellings in the housing complex.SOLUTION : A real estate information processing device comprises : a housing complex map information storage section capable of storing housing complex map information which is information for constituting a map of housing complexes containing two or more dwellings, and for constituting a map of housing complexes that indicates a relative position of each of two or more dwellings; a residence information storage section capable of storing two or more pieces of residence information which is information on each of two or more dwellings and includes price information related to a price of each of the dwellings; and an output section which outputs the price information included in each of the two or more pieces of residence information in the residence information storage section, in association with each dwelling corresponding to each piece of residence information, in the map of housing complexes indicated by the housing complex map information.
