PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To reduce the length of time taken to reach signing of a real estate sale/purchase contract.SOLUTION : A real estate brokering system provides customers wishing to sell or purchase real estate with various mechanisms and tools by operating a marketplace for real estate sale/purchase in the Internet virtual space to ensure rapid processing of fair real estate transactions. It analyzes its wealth of past transaction data by its unique algorithm, appropriately evaluates each transaction item and supports prospective sellers wishing to quote right prices. It also visualizes with its sale/purchase board the distribution of sellers' needs and purchasers' needs, which previously have been hidden in a black box.
