PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an optimal real estate peripheral property information providing device, a program and method, for preferably extracting information related to a real estate property which is not expected by a user, without being restricted to real estate properties which match a precedence order and weight which are input by a user himself/herself based on his/her value sense.SOLUTION : The invention is configured to, when receiving an input of information comprising plural items related to real estate properties, with weighting of each item, from a user, extract information of a real estate property(s) which is regarded that the property matches a taste of a user based on the weighting, then, pay attention to geographical information of the extracted real estate property and output real estate property information about real estate properties in the surrounding of the extracted real estate property.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2017, JPO&INPIT
