PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To properly calculate an assessed price of a piece of real estate.SOLUTION : A real estate information processing device includes : a calculation method information storage section capable of storing two or more pieces of calculation method information that is a combination of range information indicating a range of each categorizing parameter constituting a set of one or more categorizing parameters, and calculation method specification information specifying a calculation method of an assessed value corresponding to each class specified according to the range information of the one or more categorizing parameters; a class determination section for determining calculation method specification information corresponding to a set of categorizing parameters included in an input parameter set of one piece of real estate; an assessed value acquisition section for acquiring an assessed value by using the calculation method specification information determined by the class determination section and one or more parameters out of the input parameter set; and an output section for outputting an assessed value.
