The present invention relates to a system and a method thereof to support finance, capable of making an agreement on an initial rental fee and an increased amount of rental contract and recontract and automatically making a loan for the rental fee and the increased amount through a financial institution (bank) without extra action when approaching a date for the rental contract and recontract.
