PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a condominium office investment management system, a control method of the same, a program of the same and a recording medium, the system that is concerned in a job performance evaluation and a result evaluation in the case of performing investment concerning supply and possession of a condominium office.SOLUTION : A condominium office investment management system estimates a profit and loss before stocking and selling, and a property price in the future in a business entity for supplying a condominium office as a real estate property. Also, the system definitely grasps current various situations of a condominium office property becoming an investment target, and analyzes an investment effect and a risk in both of a supply side business entity and a possession side business entity of the condominium office based on financial statements when economic conditions transit as it is.
