The method for rapidly matching a commercial real-estate offering through simultaneous provision of information of franchiser to a consumer, a consultant, and a real-estate agent comprises the steps of : (1) downloading a franchise application from a server, installing the franchise application in a terminal of a franchiser, a terminal of a consultant, a terminal of a real-estate agent, or a terminal of a consumer, and performing member registration; (2) connecting, by the franchiser, the server, and uploading, by the franchiser, news and event regarding the franchiser, information about a shop desired by the franchiser, information about a customer, information about promotion of a shop and a customer, and the like to the server; (3) uploading, by the consultant or real-estate agent, data to the server via two platforms for general registration and internal registration based on the information uploaded by the franchiser and stored in the server; and (4) downloading, by at least one of the terminals of the franchiser, the consultant, the real-estate agent, and the consumer, the data uploaded by the consultant or real-estate agent from the server and matching, by the at least one of the terminals of the franchiser, the consultant, the real-estate agent, and the consumer, a desired offering. Accordingly, information about a commercial real-estate offering and information (regarding direct dealing) of individual potential customers can be provided, thereby providing effects in which a shop can be easily developed and in which a connection to a customer-appropriate franchiser can be easily and rapidly performed.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
