PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To enable a business entity leasing a condominium unit office as an investment object to predict future profits and losses, taking into consideration changes in economic conditions, and to analyze investment effects and risks in connection with an investment in the condominium unit office depending on analysis results of various conditions including economic conditions.SOLUTION : The system enables a business entity supplying a condominium unit office as a real estate property to predict profits and losses generated from purchase to sale, as well as the future price of the real estate. The system provides clear understanding of various present situations of a condominium unit office which is an investment object, analyzes investment effects and risks both for the business entity supplying the condominium unit office and for a business entity owning the same on the basis of financial statements assuming that the economic conditions remain the same, and analyzes investment effects and risks and provides indicators for business expansion on the basis of financial statements and a list of consumption tax simulation results created by assuming the situation of the object and economic conditions.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2017, JPO&INPIT
