The present invention provides a system for controlled communication in (but not limited to) a real estate environment, wherein the system comprises at least an interface device, a network, a server, system App and a database, wherein the system App includes an agent App, and end user App, wherein the system App may be provided in the interface device and/or in the server. The agent App is configured to enable real estate agents/agency [real estate professionals] to communicate the relevant information that falls into specific categories to public users, and the end user App is configured to enable the public users and/or registered users with the ability to clearly define the type of information they wish to receive. The registered users may include potential buyers, sellers and end users. A method for controlled communication in a real estate environment is also disclosed.
