Management of land registers across several regional jurisdictions in a cloud computing environment includes a common processing system interfacing with individual land register. Each land register tenant has a unique jurisdictional land register. The system interfaces with all of the land registers, recognizes and accepts varying formats and contents of information from different lodgement centres. Valid requests are received by the system from approved agencies. Centralised examination and / or data / transaction auditing services maintain data integrity across a number of land registry data records. Optionally, transactional services have inputs and outputs to / from the system. Multi-user property exchange / registry service interfaces with the system. Mortgage registrations and transactions are recorded for land records held in one or more of the land registers. Real estate land / property viewing services and requests from property buyers / sellers interface with the multi-user property exchange / registry service.
