PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To make it reliable to perform a repayment process of a loan for purchasing a real estate for rent while restraining labor and cost of an investor from the purchase of the real estate for rent to the management.SOLUTION : A repayment surrogation support system 10 comprises : a communication device 17 that communicates with another device via a prescribed network 1; and an arithmetic device 14 that performs a process of performing a repayment process of a loan for purchasing a real estate for rent held by a customer to a terminal of a financial institution, a loan source of the loan for purchase on the basis of information on rent input to an account of a financial institution of a real estate agent from a tent of a real estate for rent, and a process of sending the terminal of the financial institution a request to input the remainder of rent after subtracting a prescribed amount according to a repayment amount of the loan for purchase to an account of a financial institution of the customer.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2017, JPO&INPIT
