According to the present invention, when a client, who installs a mobile application in a mobile terminal to use a real estate auction loan agency service, requests a loan estimate of a property for auction by executing the mobile application, a loan agent suggests the loan estimate by collecting loanable conditions for the property for auction, which is requested by the client (requester), through a terminal of the agent, and then, a service providing server receives the estimate to provide the estimate to the mobile terminal of the client.
