The present invention provides a system and a method for mediating a real estate, allowing a real estate mediation service to be performed online, thereby mediating a real estate contract made at a remote site in regardless of local restrictions. According to one aspect of the present invention, the system for mediating a real estate comprises a contract information reception module, a generation module, an electronic signature module, a transmission module, a document reception module and a storage module. The contract information reception module receives real estate contract information from an office terminal of an affiliated off-line real estate agent office. The generation module generates a first real estate contract document file including the received real estate contract information. The electronic signature module generates digital signature information on the first real estate contract document file with a name of an online real estate agent corresponding to the real estate mediation system. The transmission module transmits the first real estate contract document file and the digital signature information to the office terminal of the affiliated off-line real estate agent office. The document reception module receives a second real estate contract document file from the office terminal of the affiliated off-line real estate agent office, wherein the second real estate contract document file comprises : real estate contract information and signatures or seals of an agent of the affiliated offline real estate agent office and both contracting parties.
