The present invention relates to a beacon-based one-room mediating system and a one-room mediating method using the same. The present invention comprises : a smart mobile device (30) for a one-room manager, registering information about a one-room building in a mediating server (40) through a beacon-connected manager application (31) for the management of a beacon (20) in the one-room building; a smart mobile device (10) for a one-room user, registering information (deposit, monthly rent, and options) about a desired one-room in the one-room mediating server (40) through a beacon-connected user application (11); and the one-room mediating server (40) providing a push alarm from the beacon (20) when the beacon-connected user application (11) of the smart mobile device (10) for a user passes by the beacon (20) installed in the one-room building having a vacant one-room. Therefore, the present invention is capable of solving an advertisement with false information of an Internet real estate agent and providing reliable one-room information from a manager by fusing a current real estate service with the beacon-based one-room mediating method. Moreover, the present invention is capable of quickly obtaining a one-room by providing a push alarm about real estate site information by using the beacon when the user passes by a one-room building in a desired area. In the other words, since the manager advertises sale/rent information through the present invention, the present invention is capable of reducing time and efforts for the renting of the one-room between the user and the manager by providing the advertising information directly to the user as the real estate information.
