The present invention relates to a server and method for managing real estate offerings, which comprises : an offerings managing unit for storing and managing a plurality of offerings information registered by a plurality of users; a geographic information interworking unit for acquiring and supplying geographic information corresponding to each of the offerings information, interlocking with a geographic information system; an offerings retrieving unit for selectively supplying only offerings information which the user registered, selectively supplying only offerings registered as interesting offerings by the user, selectively supplying only offerings registered by people registered as interested users by the user, or selectively supplying only offerings information corresponding to a retrieving condition inputted by the user, wherein the offerings information is supplied including the geographic information; and a contract supporting unit for calculating and notifying the price of offerings by collecting and analyzing price information of offerings having a similar condition based on offerings information, when the offerings information of the offerings which the user intends to register, is inputted.
