PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate agent business support system for enabling a real estate agent or a customer to preview a property without going to visit the property.SOLUTION : A real estate agent business support system 1 comprises : a customer terminal 20; and a management server 40 connected to the customer terminal 20 for managing real estate property information. The customer terminal 20 selects a property to be previewed from among property detail information displayed by the customer terminal 20. Thus, it is possible to select the property to be previewed. The management server 40 which manages the real estate property information transmits a robot control key capable of controlling a preview robot 10 to the customer terminal 20 when preview reservation is completed. The customer terminal 20 transmits the transmitted robot control key to the preview robot, and the preview robot confirms the key, and then gives control permission.
