PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To generate real estate analysis information that effectively analyzes relevance between advertisement information and contract information of real estate information.SOLUTION : In a real estate information management system 1, a real estate information management device 2 acquires advertisement information such as printed information of real estate property received from output apparatuses 7a to 7n of real estate agent sites 5a to 5n to specify aspect of advertisement of the advertisement information from an apparatus management device 4. The real estate information management device 2 acquires contract information including contract success-or-failure information of real estate property represented by the advertisement information transmitted from trader terminal devices 6a to 6n to a real estate information management device 3 from the real estate information management device 3, analyzes contract information of the real estate property and the aspect of advertisement to generate real estate analysis information for associating the contract information with the aspect of advertisement.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2017, JPO&INPIT
