PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To properly predict an estate in the future according to a use form in the future of a real estate which is used for residence now.SOLUTION : An estate prediction system comprises : an information acquisition part for acquiring information which indicates a combination of a use form in the future of a real estate on a current residence place of a customer and a residence form of the customer in the future, and information which indicates a current estate which the customer has; a prediction part for predicting an estate of the customer in plural time points in the future based on the current estate, predicted income and predicted outgo which are predicted based on the use form in the future of the real estate, and a predicted outgo which is predicted from the residence form of the customer in the future; and an output part for outputting the information which indicates the estate of the customer in the future predicted by the prediction part, which is associated with the information which indicates the use form in the future of the real estate and the residence form of the customer in the future.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2017, JPO&INPIT
