PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a device and a system for a real estate property introduction support device capable of easily making a study visit schedule and a real estate property introduction support program.SOLUTION : A real estate property introduction support device is associated with date information showing a date on which a study visit can be made and stored as study visit meeting information. A study visit applicant for looking for a real estate property allowed to be visited and studied operates a terminal device to access to a property introduction site provided by the real estate property introduction support device. In a property introduction site, a calendar P11 for each month is displayed, and a schedule information page P1 corresponding to a date on which the property number P12 allowed to be visited and studied can be visited and studied based on date information is displayed.
