PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate transaction support system for quickly and properly providing an article which matches a purchase condition of a purchase applicant.SOLUTION : A support server 10 comprises : a processor 101 for performing various kinds of determination processing and communication with terminals 20, 30; a purchase condition DB (database) 102 for storing a purchase condition and a contact address of a purchase applicant; a selling applicant DB 103 for storing a contact address of a selling applicant; an article information DB 104 for storing article information; a map DB 105 for storing detailed map data (general map, school district map, and liquefaction prediction diagram) of a district in which transaction is supported; an incidental information DB 106 for storing incidental information (soil investigation information, development history information and past aerial photography) of each district; and specific article information storage means 107 for storing article information which matches the purchase condition as specific article information.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 2COPYRIGHT : (C)2017, JPO&INPIT
