PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate management system that can perform intermediation between a plurality of real estate management companies and a plurality of real estate owners and finely perform real estate management.SOLUTION : A real estate management system (vacant dwelling management system S) comprises an information processing device 1 capable of connecting with a plurality of real estate owner terminals (vacant dwelling owner terminals O) and a plurality of real estate management company terminals (vacant dwelling management company terminals M) via a telecommunication line.
