PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate information distribution system that enables information about "real estates to be sold" provided from an original real estate company as an origin of transaction real estate information to be efficiently and directly supplied to terminals used by brokers/individual business employees among the brokers so that latest sales real estate information can be exchanged within a short time.SOLUTION : This real estate information distribution system is provided with : a sales property information input unit that prompts an original real estate company terminal used by an original real estate company as an origin of transaction real estate information to input information about real estates desired by the original real estate company to be sold; and a first notification unit that notifies broker terminals used by brokers/individual business employees among the brokers of the information about the real estates acquired from the original real estate company terminal.
