PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate management computer program and a real estate management computer system capable of displaying a location of a real estate and relationship of an address place of a real estate owner clearly.SOLUTION : A real estate management computer program is configured so that, when information of a place in map data is designated from a user, the program identifies the map data in a range according to information of the place designated, and a real estate which exists in the range according to the information of the place designated, then displays the map data in the range according to the information of the place identified. The real estate management computer program displays an image indicating the real estate in a location on the displayed map data, about the real estate which exists in the range according to the information of the place. When the image indicating the displayed real estate is selected by a user, the program identifies information of a real estate owner of the selected real estate, then displays the image indicating the real estate owner on an address place of the selected real estate owner and displays the image indicating the real estate on the location of the selected real estate, with the map data.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2017, JPO&INPIT
