A system and method to facilitate exchange of work and material updates among the builders and the site supervisors in the real estate industry. The system includes mobile devices and a server. The mobile devices include a real estate mobile application that can be accessed by individual the builders and the site-supervisors. Each site-supervisor aggregates the work and construction materials data of the construction site of a particular project. Such data are fed to the site-supervisor mobile device by the site-supervisor using the real estate mobile application and updated to the server. The server configured to process the data for predicting and estimates the cost of the construction details required for next phase of the particular project based on present configurable rules. The server generates graphical data based on the predicted and estimated data, and automatically updates the graphical representation data as progress and other statistics to each mobile device(s). <>
