An embodiment of the present invention relates to a real estate transaction brokerage system which comprises : a consumer terminal, which is a terminal used by a consumer who intends to perform a real estate transaction including sale/purchase/lease/rental, receiving transaction request information including a real estate location, a transaction type, a transaction request amount, and a consumer contact from the consumer, and registering the transaction request information in a brokerage server; a real estate brokerage server for storing the transaction request information registered by the consumer terminal, and transmitting a real estate brokerage screen including the transaction request information to a real estate agent terminal used by a real estate agent closest to a real estate transaction-requested real estate location from the consumer terminal; and a real estate agent terminal, which is a terminal used by a real estate agent, displaying transaction request information in the real estate brokerage screen with a notification when receiving newly registered transaction request information.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
