PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To achieve smooth transaction of a real estate property which satisfies a request of a consumer.SOLUTION : A system is configured so that a terminal which a purchaser of a real estate uses, a terminal which a vender of a real estate uses, and a server 10 are connected via a network. The purchaser submits a request about a real estate, as an inquiry, to the server 10. The server 10 displays a list screen of the inquiry on the terminal to the vender. The vender refers to the inquiry, and if there is a real estate property which is similar to a real estate property which a purchaser desires to purchase, in real estate properties which the vender possesses, the vender sends a comment. When the comment is sent, the purchaser and the vender go forward with the deal for a real estate property, by exchanging information directly using a screen on which the purchaser and vender can send and receive a commend in a private state. According to such a configuration, relative to a system in which a purchaser selects a real estate property from many real estate properties and goes forward with the deal, a deal in which a request from a purchaser is a main constituent can be achieved, and opportunities in which the purchaser can find a real estate property similar to a real estate property which the purchaser desires to purchase are increased.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2018, JPO&INPIT
