PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate property evaluation support device, a real estate property evaluation support program, a real estate property introduction device, and a real estate property introduction program which are capable of making a proper decision by the acquisition of a proper evaluation price.SOLUTION : A real estate property evaluation support device calculates an estimated tubo unit price at the time of a new construction of a contract case by dividing a contract price of the contract case by a coefficient and an area based on an index showing a price tendency at the contract time and a depreciation for each age, and calculates an estimated tubo unit price of the new construction of the contract case. Next, evaluation property price calculation means is multiplied by the estimated average tubo unit price on the area of the real estate property of the evaluation object. An estimated sales price at the time of the new construction is calculated by dividing the index at the time of the new construction. A decision price at the time of evaluation is calculated by multiplying the coefficient based on the age and the index at the evaluation time.
