PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system that support a self-managing landlord, who manage rental apartments etc., by himself or herself with no intermediary agent or real estate management company interposed, properly throughout a rental life cycle from a vacancy to a move.SOLUTION : Reference to structural information and a subjective evaluation on a rental apartment etc., is made in setting a rent for the rental apartment etc., so the self-managing landlord can easily set a rent for maximum expectable profit without any large difference from market value of similar apartments etc., in a peripheral area. Further, rank information on intermediary agents and respective sales staffs asked for placement of apartments etc., is managed, so the self-managing landlord can select an intermediary agent or each sales staff of a rank matching each apartment etc., in making a request for mediation.
