PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate deal device which eliminates a demerit of a general mediation contract, and can support dealing of real estates by a general mediation contract beneficial to a seller.SOLUTION : A real estate deal device includes : a registration form receiving section 11 which receives a predetermined registration form from a terminal device 2; a preview result information presentation section 12 which presents preview result information to a terminal device 3 of a real estate company selected in the registration form; an assessment information receiving section 14 which receives assessment information of the real estate company to be an object from the terminal device 3; an information presentation section 15 which presents list information of assessment by each of the real estate companies and statistical information of an assessment price to the terminal device 2, based on assessment information received by the assessment information receiving section 14; and a reception form receiving section 16 which receives a predetermined reception form including a first item to which a mediation price is input, a second item to which the real estimate company is selected and a third item for checking a content of a general mediation contract, from the terminal device 2.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 3COPYRIGHT : (C)2018, JPO&INPIT
