PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To mediate an empty home/empty cottage/empty apartment/empty condominium and the like managed by a real estate management company as a stay type resident suitable for sightseeing/business/experience tour and the like to a user.SOLUTION : A stay apartment intermediary device is managed by a real estate management company. The stay apartments provided as new stay type residences are classified into a downtown area/a resort area and the like. The grade level of the building in addition to a layout of the room/the number of persons capable of being accommodated/the use charge (yen)/the daily base and the like are obtained from the real estate management company and displayed in the map. The position of the stay type apartment and the position of the local designated intermediary broker are displayed in the map at the same time.
