PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for construction of each country' s combined body project center and an ALM total management system for producing a surplus to be the government resources regarding an ALM total management system.SOLUTION : This ALM total management system is provided with : a program for controlling real estate all-transaction money distribution reception type money amounts and financial product all-transaction prices; an all real estate price control surplus production program system-associated with a system-associated all real estate transaction money loan control program; an all real estate financial product sales and other all transaction system program processing device associated with each country' s ALM total management project system center; and the ALM total management each country' s combined body project center comprising a price control command program prepared by each country' s network management government team, and a remittance control command program system for all natural people, which is established by each country' s government and each country' s government team.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2018, JPO&INPIT
