PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate property information system capable of supporting transactions such as trade or lease of real estate property by a user of a medical care welfare institution.SOLUTION : The real estate property information system comprises : a task support server 2 for providing application software for supporting a task of a worker of a medical care welfare institution to a worker terminal 4 that the worker uses; and a property information providing server 3 for providing real estate property information to an agent terminal 5 that a real estate agent uses. The task support server 2 comprises : reception means 21 for receiving the real estate property information including information related to the worker transmitted from the worker terminal 4; and transmission means 23 for transmitting the real estate property information received by the reception means 21 to the property information providing server 3.
