PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To enable an intermediary real estate company to easily create real estate documentation in which information of the own company is stated, by eliminating a complicated task of editing a distribution material in which information of another company is stated.SOLUTION : A property information management system includes : a property database which stores property information related to selling and contracting of a property; a property information retrieval section for retrieving property information in the property database; a data transfer section 415 which acquires printing image data D1 for printing the retrieved property information; layout pattern databases 442 and 443 which store property information in association with a layout pattern of the printing image data D1 corresponding to each piece of property information; and an image replacement processing section which acquires a layout pattern of the printing image data by referring to the layout pattern databases 442 and 443 regarding the acquired printing image data D1, sets a prescribed replacement object region in the printing image data, and inserts and outputs prescribed replacing image data in the set replacement object region.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 4
