A method for providing a real estate transaction service of an escrow server from a real estate transaction service system including an escrow server, a bank server, and a transaction server comprises the following steps of : if first transaction contract information is received from the transaction server, checking authentication of parties of a first transaction contract, and generating first transaction management integrated data; converting transaction price deposited from a buyer of the first transaction contract into virtual currency; if second transaction contract information including at least one among the parties of the first transaction contract is received from the transaction server, checking authentication of parties of a second transaction contract, and generating second transaction management integrated data; and when the buyer of the first transaction contract requests virtual currency payment, updating payment history of the first transaction management integrated data and deposit history of the second transaction management integrated data. The method for providing a real estate transaction service further comprises a final payment step of, if a real estate-related reporting procedure completion signal with respect to the first transaction contract and a second transaction contract is received from the transaction server, transmitting a command of paying a total deposit amount registered in the second transaction management integrated data to a buyer of the second transaction contract in cash, to the bank server.
