PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate transaction support system for supporting a transaction of a real estate.SOLUTION : A real estate transaction support system comprises : an article information storage part; an article information display processing part; a message information processing part for executing message processing between an owner and a buyer; a translation processing part for executing translation processing about the message information; and a message information storage part. The message information processing part determines whether or not, the message information satisfies a prescribed condition, and if it is determined that the message information satisfies the prescribed condition, the message information processing part approves the message information as message information which is displayed on an other end side computer, and stores the same. The translation processing part translates the message information with a predetermined language, if pieces of information indicating an area and distance are included in the message information, converts units of the area and distance into units corresponding to the language, and stores the message information as the translated message information.
