PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate evaluation system and a real estate evaluation method capable of properly evaluating a real estate by calculating an evaluation value of the real estate on the basis of highly credible consumer information and supplier information.SOLUTION : A real estate evaluation system according to the invention comprises : demand/supply information acquisition means for acquiring consumer information from consumers capable of borrowing a real estate and supplier information from suppliers owning a lendable real estate; demand/supply information totaling means for totaling demand rent, the number of consumers, supply rent, and the number of suppliers for a real estate according to an application for each of areas, on the basis of the consumer information and the supplier information; real estate evaluation value calculating means for calculating an evaluation value of the real estate according to the application for each of the areas, on the basis of the demand-supply equilibrium point derived from the demand curve and the supply curve; and real estate evaluation value output means for outputting an evaluation value of the real estate according to the application for each of the areas.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2018, JPO&INPIT
