According to an embodiment, a method to evaluate public transportation convenience on property includes : a step of determining a plurality of target workplaces; a step of receiving property information; a step of determining a plurality of public transportation routes corresponding to each of the target workplaces from the inputted property; a step of calculating route scores by workplace by reflecting objective route elements between the inputted property and the target workplaces, public transportation convenience, and preset workplace weighted values for each of the target workplaces in relation to each of the public transportation routes; and a step of evaluating public transportation convenience by adding up the route scores by workplace for each of the public transportation routes.
