The present invention relates to a method for automatically generating an agreement document of construction approval wherein an administrative district and a lot number of a building construction section are extracted, and real estate information is collected, classified, and output by crawling an external storage site of real estate information based on the administrative district and the lot number, and basic data, needed to generate a document, are generated, and various forms and attached documents in accordance with an agreement institution are automatically generated by using the basic data. According to the method and system of the present invention, various kinds of real estate information to be applied to hundreds of agreement documents that are needed for construction approval can be obtained as the basic data by crawling a website provided by the external storage site of information and classifying, determining, and computing the crawled information. Likewise, the method and system of the present invention can automatically input and generate dozens to hundreds of relevant agreement documents, needed for a business related to approval, through a program by using real estate information of the basic data.
