PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system, method and program for ensuring convenience and protecting privacy of a tenant, while reducing equipment cost and operation cost, in managing and operating real estate properties.SOLUTION : A real estate management system includes : camera robots for imaging the inside of real estate properties; tenant devices 41, 42 for controlling communication through the camera robots 61, 62; an operation control unit which controls operation of the tenant devices, on the basis of operation of tenants of the real estate properties; a real-estate management-side device 8 which is connected to the camera robots over a communication network 2 to control communication service; and a real-estate management-side device 8 which executes real-estate management service using the camera robots over the communication network 2. The operation control unit includes : an authentication unit which authenticates a tenant, on the basis of deed data which certifies a tenant of a real-estate property; and an external access control unit which permits a connection to the real-estate management-side device 8 and the camera robots, on the basis of an authentication result and confirmation operation of a tenant.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2018, JPO&INPIT
