PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system for a credit card settlement of a rent.SOLUTION : A credit card settlement system (1) includes server devices (13, 15) of a settlement agent company performing an agency business of a credit card payment of a rent, in which the server devices includes : a store unit that relates to store lessee identification information, management company identification information of a real estate management company that manages a real estate signing lease agreement, guarantee company identification information of a guarantee company that guarantees a rent payment to the real estate management company, card information including a credit card number of a credit card of a lessee and credit card company identification information of a credit card company, a rent paid to the real estate management company, a guarantee fee paid to a guarantee company for guarantee of the rent payment, and a commission paid to the credit card company; and a processing unit that performs a credit card settlement for a settlement amount that is a total amount of the rent and the guarantee fee.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 6COPYRIGHT : (C)2018, JPO&INPIT
