The present invention provides a real estate information providing system, using augmented reality, comprising : a real estate information server which is for displaying and providing, on an actual image of relevant area real estate on a portable terminal, detailed information as three-dimensional augmented reality, can be connected to a mobile terminal, and is for registering and storing the corresponding detailed information for each real estate offering such that a current transaction state of the relevant real estate can efficiently be confirmed; a user terminal which has installed thereon a camera for photographing a particular area or a real estate building and enables output of the detailed information of the real estate offerings or an image photographed by means of the camera; and an augmented application which connects to the real estate information server from the user terminal by means of an online communication network, recognizes the real estate photographed by means of the camera of the user terminal, receives the corresponding detailed information form the real estate information server and outputs an information tag, indicating the detailed information, on the actual image of the real estate as three-dimensional augmented reality, wherein the augmented application can output as augmented reality a map tag, indicating a set radial location with respect to the relevant real estate, along with the information tag of the real estate recognized by means of the user terminal.
