PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate inheritance estimation system, a real estate inheritance estimation method and a program capable of estimating a real estate inheritance without referring a family registration.SOLUTION : An inheritance registration identifying unit 46 identifies registration information indicating an ownership transfer due to an inheritance from among a plural pieces of the registration information stored in a registration information storage unit 30. An ancestor estimation unit 48 estimates the ownership immediately before the ownership transfer by the inheritance indicated in the identified register information as an ancestor of a real estate indicated by the registration information. The inheritor estimation unit 50 estimate the ownership after the ownership transfer by the inheritance indicated in the identified registration as an inheritor of the real estate indicated by the registration information.
