PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and an information processing program that can improve information to be provided to a user on the basis of a positional history which is a history of positions where the user has been located.SOLUTION : An information processing device 100 continuously acquires position information of a terminal device 10 transmitted from the terminal device 10. The position information continuously acquired from the terminal device is held as a position history of a user U1. Also, an action history of the user U1 on a network is acquired from an action history storage unit 121 provided externally. Based on the position history of the user U1 and the action history of the user U1 on the network, a target of interest of the user U1 is estimated. Next, the information processing device provides the user U1 with content corresponding to the target of interest of the user U1.
