PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate information providing system capable of quickly and accurately providing real estate information desired by a user.SOLUTION : There is provided a real estate information providing system in which a server receives a request from a portable terminal to provide real estate property information, and the portable terminal displays it on a screen, therein the portable terminal comprises : position/azimuth measurement means for measuring current position information and azimuth information; and request means for outputting request information including the position information and the azimuth information in accordance with an operation of a user, and the server stores map information in which the real estate property information is associated with a position on a map, and when receiving the request information from the portable terminal, searches the map information on the basis of the position information and the azimuth information to extract the real estate property information, and outputs it to the portable terminal.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 4COPYRIGHT : (C)2019, JPO&INPIT
