PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a computer implemented method and an apparatus for establishing and executing a class of dynamic owner-occupied real estate (DOOR) instruments that provide equity investors with new methods for investing in owner-occupied real estate.SOLUTION : Equity returns, expenses and risk in a real estate asset are shared dynamically between an investor and an owner.
