According to the present invention, a management plan of customer-customized assets in accordance with an investment goal and an investment amount can be set for a user. A confirmed return rate by a rental contract based on a real estate product can be secured in managing assets. Also, if the asset exceeds a reference amount, a portfolio of investment products other than the real estate product is constructed to guarantee high profitability.
