PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a mediation system and a mediation method for supplying a high convenience while prompting a speedy and appropriate real estate transaction.SOLUTION : A mediation system 10 for mediating a transaction related to a real estate property includes : a desired information management unit 82 that receives and manages property applicant information and information on a property desired condition from an applicant terminal 40; an exhibition information management unit 81 that receives and manages exhibition information on a real estate property and information on a plurality of examination authorities that can be designated from an exhibitor terminal 30; a retrieval execution unit 83 that retrieves exhibition information compatible with the property desired condition and transmits the retrieved exhibition information to the applicant terminal 40; and an examination receipt unit 85 that transmits the information on the examination authorities that can be designated to the applicant terminal 40, receives, from the applicant terminal 40, exhibition information requested for an examination and information on the designated examination authorities, transmits the examination information necessary for the examination to an examination authority terminal 60, receives an examination result from the examination authority terminal 60, and transmits the examination result to the applicant terminal 40.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2019, JPO&INPIT
